So, did they kill them both at the start or did they drag it til the end?

The Polaroids are gonna come into play later somehow.

I think it's gonna be a while before we see Carol and Morgan. What is "the kingdom" ?

It happened about midway through. If the s6 finale had been the penultimate episode, and this episode had been the finale, it would have been perfect. They really screwed up with the cheap-ass cliffhanger, and had to spend a lot of time rebuilding the tension and dread from 7 months ago. The episode itself was great though.

I must admit, I kind of want to see it, but I've already made up my mind.  lol.  If it had just been once, I would still watch, but the glen fiasco and the credits bulls*** and the cliffhanger for no reason has led me to believe the writers are simply playing with people's emotions for the sake of playing with their emotions.  It would be different if there was some legitimate story element that required this, but there isn't.

Carl had the look of pure hate toward Negan when Glenn was getting killed. Expecting Carl to become a badass before too much longer.

I don't think they're doing it just for the sake of it; I think they're doing it because they underestimate the intelligence and interest of the fan base and think this is the best way to milk the cash cow. The outrage at the cliffhanger (and the dumpster debacle) was loud and clear, so hopefully they have learned something from it. If they would just focus on telling the story, the ratings will follow naturally. Clueless AMC execs are to blame imho.

Yeah out of everyone Carl was the calmest and coolest. His character has the opportunity to become really really interesting this season, maybe more so than anybody else.

The reason I don't agree with this is because they took Glenn out of the credits last season.

Heck, maybe I'll just bootleg it somewhere.  lol

The look of hopelessness on the group when Negan and his men left was kind of sad, until Maggie wanted to go after Negan. Rick had to be the voice of reason telling her that it would be suicide to try that now.

I think Maggie is out of her head right now, being so traumatized from what happened and also being in such bad shape physically. But yeah it's interesting that she is the only one who had that gut reaction. Now is not the time obviously, but I suspect Negan will pay at some point down the road. Maybe it will be at her hand.

I felt bad for Rosita too. Abe had just dumped her (in such a crappy way, ugh) and was with Sasha now, but she still loved him.

Daryl is probably going to beat himself up terribly over Glenn. It really was his fault, and as soon as he lost it and went after Negan you could see in Rick's face that he knew it would cost them dearly. It was a dumb thing to do, and he'll probably wreck himself with grief and regret over it :(

I knew this was going to happen with the show, lol.  It has now become another LOST, where they'll continue to ruin the story for the sake of more seasons and potential $$$$$.   Should have let the show die with dignity when they had the chance.  Last episode I remember watching was when Andrea died, I forced myself to start the next season, but I think I only made it through 2 or 3 episodes.  I'm glad I stopped watching when I did.
